本文以近五年间的677例死亡的调查分析,对死亡病历的价值进行了多方位的探讨,以此提出了对于死亡病历进行现代管理的几点看法。死亡病历应一反以往属于纯粹记录死亡原因及过程的案卷,它应当浓缩与集中医务人员的技术水平、劳动成果、道德行为,它还能表达新的医学理论的发展和反映医院管理水准以变化中的医疗科研动向。具体价值表现在:1.体现死亡理论进展;2.强化现代医院管理;3.利于医学教育;4.体现和核准卫生政策。
In this paper, the investigation and analysis of 677 deaths in the past five years has carried out a multi-faceted discussion on the value of death medical records, and put forward some views on the modern management of death medical records. The death medical record should be a case file that was originally a purely documented cause and process of death. It should condense and gather the technical skills, labor achievements, and ethical behaviors of Chinese medicine practitioners. It can also express the development of new medical theories and reflect changes in hospital management standards. In the medical research trends. The specific values are expressed in: 1. embody the progress of death theories; 2. strengthen modern hospital management; 3. facilitate medical education; 4. reflect and approve health policies.
