广安现有规模接待能力的旅游景区15个,有以邓小平故里为核心的伟人故里游和红色旅游,还有很多有特色的旅行主题,比如古镇游、山寨游等,适合有经验的自助旅行者前往。广安与重庆、南充共享机场,北京首都机场等到重庆、成都的机场飞行时间大约2小时,从重庆江北国际机场沿高速到广安大约1小时左右,从成都双流国际机场沿高速路到广安大约2.5小时。沪蓉、达渝、南渝高速及襄渝铁路纵贯广安全境。2014年6月将开通成都到广安的动车。
