70年代末期,发现了硫杂脯氨酸是一种能使肿瘤细胞逆转为正常细胞的新型抗癌药物。近年来,研完了硫杂脯氨酸作用于癌细胞膜表面的电荷变化及量子化学计算,使逆转机理有了初步的论证。80年代初,又发现了一系列硫杂脯氨酸的衍生物,尤其是2-芳基衍生物,都具有抗癌活性,临床试验有较好的效果,而且可以制成针剂、片剂或胶囊等使用。关于它们的抗癌作用机理,本文试作一初步探讨。
In the late 1970s, thymol was discovered as a novel anticancer drug that reverses tumor cells into normal cells.
