李惠英,美籍华人,作家、社会活动家。祖籍湖南湘潭,早年就读于北京大学历史系,1947年移居香港,1968年定居美国。数十年来,她以作家、记者、教师的身份,在中国香港,美国以及世界其他国家,做了大量介绍中国实况,促进中美人民友谊,促进中国和平统一的工作,她还担任美国海峡两岸交流会及海峡两岸关系研讨会会长、香港《镜报》周刊、《地平线》月刊洛杉矶分会会长、中华海外联谊会全国总会理事。 由于她对世界和平与进步事业的突出贡献,先后被选入世界名人录、世界杰出职业妇女录、世界杰出作家姓名录以及中国出版的海外华人名人录。
Li Huiying, Chinese American, writer, social activist. He was originally from Xiangtan, Hunan Province. He studied at the Department of History of Peking University in early years, moved to Hong Kong in 1947, and settled in the United States in 1968. For decades, she has done a great amount of work on the livelihood of China, the friendship between the peoples of China and the United States and the promotion of peaceful reunification in Hong Kong, the United States and other countries in the world as a writer, reporter and teacher. She also serves as director of both sides of the United States Exchange Conference and Cross-Strait Relations Seminar, Hong Kong “Mirror Weekly”, “Horizon” Monthly Los Angeles Chapter President, China Overseas Friendship Association National Association. As a result of her outstanding contribution to the cause of world peace and progress, she has been selected into the World Who’s Who, the World’s Outstanding Professional Women’s Record, the World List of Outstanding Writers, and the Overseas Chinese Who Made in China.
