建立了经QuEChERS提取净化,超高效液相色谱串联质谱检测小麦中14种污染物的分析方法。粉碎后样品用水-乙腈-甲酸提取,经分散固相萃取净化后,采用BEHC18色谱柱分离、电喷雾电离、多反应监测方式进行定性和定量分析。14种污染物的线性相关系数均大于0.9923,三个添加水平范围内的回收率为82%~103%,检测低限均在现有限量范围内。该方法简便快速、选择性佳、灵敏度高,为批量粮食卫生安全筛查提供了一个高通量、高准确度的方法。
A method for the determination of 14 pollutants in wheat by QuEChERS extraction and UPLC-MS / MS was established. After crushing, the sample was extracted with water-acetonitrile-formic acid and purified by dispersive solid-phase extraction. The samples were separated by BEHC18 column, electrospray ionization and multi-reaction monitoring methods were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The linear correlation coefficients of all 14 pollutants were all greater than 0.9923. The recovery rates were 82% -103% within the three addition levels. The detection limits were all within the limits of the existing limits. The method is simple, rapid, selective and sensitive. It provides a high-throughput, high-accuracy method for batch food hygiene safety screening.
