在我国《安全火花型防爆电气设备制造检验暂行规定》中指出:为防止非安全火花型电路的危险能量串入安全火花型电路中,在安全火花型电路与非安全火花型电路之间,必须设置由保护组件制成的安全栅(即防爆栅)。但任何一种安全栅都要具备不妨碍信号传递和有效控制放电火花能量的作用。目前国内外生产和使用的安全栅品种繁多,规格不一,而且各国对安全栅的制作与设计都有不同的规定和要求。本文分析讨论了安全栅电路的基本原理和特点,并就我们在工作中进行的安全火花电路设计,介绍几种安全栅电路,供有关方面参考。

This paper analyzes and discusses the basic principles and characteristics of the safety barrier circuit, and introduces some kinds of safety barrier circuit for the safety spark circuit design that we carry out in the work, for the reference of the relevant parties.
