据国务院发展研究中心的有关负责人称,国税总局和财政部已相继三次派人到重庆对制约摩托车发展的消费税进行调研,并将结果作为国家调整消费税的重要依据之一。
According to the relevant person in charge of the State Council Development Research Center, the State Administration of Taxation and the Ministry of Finance have successively dispatched to Chongqing three times to investigate the consumption tax which restricts the development of motorcycles and set the result as one of the important bases for the state to adjust the consumption tax.
