The construction of learning party culture is an important driving force for the building of learning party organizations. It is necessary to embody the basic requirements of the construction of learning party organizations through building an organizational culture with distinctive advanced features and epochal character. Ideological and political education can reinforce the orientation, identity and permeability of learning party culture and enhance its influence to form a strong culture. We should strengthen our ideological and political education by focusing on theories, grasping cadres, grasping distinctions, grasping traditional culture, and implementing the culture of learning party organizations.
