了解荆州市结核分枝杆菌菌型鉴定及初、复治耐药现状 ,以制定科学的防治对策。方法 :结核杆菌阳性患者 186例 ,按 1984年全国结核病细菌学检验规程进行了菌型鉴定与耐药性测定。结果 :菌型鉴定表明 186株分枝杆菌中 70株 (37.6 3% )耐药。 70株中初治耐药 2 5 .19% ,复治耐药 6 7.2 7% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,慢性纤维空洞型肺结核耐药率 10 0 % ,其它类型肺结核及结核性脑膜炎耐药率 2 7.5 0 % (P <0 .0 1)。 >5 0岁耐药率为 73.2 1% ,≤ 5 0岁耐药率 2 2 .31% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :结核病耐药既与临床密切相关 ,又对流行病学产生深远影响 ,因此加强耐药监测、化疗管理 ,仍是减少与避免耐药发生最有效的措施。
To understand the identification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Jingzhou City and the status of drug resistance in primary and secondary retreatment in order to formulate a scientific control strategy. Methods: 186 patients were positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis. According to the 1984 national tuberculosis bacteriological test, the identification of bacteria and drug resistance were carried out. Results: The identification of mycobacteria showed that 70 strains (37.6 3%) of 186 mycobacteria were resistant. Among the 70 strains, the initial drug resistance was 25.19%, that of retreatment drug resistance was 6 7.27% (P <0.05), the rate of drug resistance of chronic fibrous hollow tuberculosis was 100%, and that of other types of tuberculosis and tuberculous meningitis The resistance rate was 25.5% (P <0.01). > 50 years old drug resistance rate was 73.2 1%, ≤ 50 years old drug resistance rate of 22.31% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tuberculosis drug resistance is not only closely related to clinical but also has far-reaching impact on epidemiology. Therefore, strengthening drug resistance monitoring and chemotherapy management is still the most effective measure to reduce and avoid drug resistance.
