毕业年度内高校毕业生纳入创业优惠政策范围财政部、国家税务总局发布《关于支持和促进就业有关税收政策的通知》,自2011年1月1日起实施。毕业年度内的高校毕业生在校期间创业,可向所在高校申领《高校毕业生自主创业证》;离校后创业的,可凭毕业证书直接向创业地县以上人社部门申请核发《就业失业登记证》,作为享受政策的凭证。
