我们用国产原件组装成颅脑液压损伤装置,在实用中取得较好效果,现报道如下。材料与方法 1.实验装置(附图) 原理是用高压气体推动液体,通过颅窗快速冲击硬脑膜。①四通金属导管,四臂分别通向动物骨窗、压力传感器、电磁阀V_1及V_2。传感器及电磁阀由直流电源供电。②高压部分,压缩空气或氮气经减压阀通向贮液罐,后者为耐压容器,内装生理盐水。③控制部分,由电生理刺激器输出电压信号,分别控制V_1及V_2,由触发器启动。④记录部分,压力传感器输出信号经直流放大器输给示波器或计算机。
We use the original assembly into a craniocerebral injury device, achieved good results in practice, are reported below. MATERIALS AND METHODS 1. Experimental setup (with photos) The principle is to propel the liquid with high-pressure gas and rapidly impact the dura through the cranial window. ① Stone metal catheter, four arms were led to the animal bone window, pressure sensors, solenoid valves V_1 and V_2. The sensor and solenoid valve are powered by DC power. ② high-pressure part of the compressed air or nitrogen through the pressure relief valve leading to the tank, the latter for pressure vessels, built-in saline. ③ control part, the electrophysiological stimulator output voltage signal, respectively, control V_1 and V_2, triggered by the trigger. ④ recording part of the pressure sensor output signal through the DC amplifier input to the oscilloscope or computer.
