“催粮要款真头疼、计划生育伤感情、矛盾纠纷睡不宁、村组干部当不成。”这是4月初一位村干部给我来信时反映的情况。他说,“难”现在简直成了农村工作一大“怪圈”,你是左蹦右跳出不了圈,并问我有没有什么好办法。正当我与几位乡村干部讨论对策时,张万奎、谷雨同志来稿综述了陕西省千阳县张家原乡就“怎样当好村干部”的研讨情况,对此问题作出了较好的回答。
