现代社会,由于烟雾、酸雨、和全球气候变化对人类生存和发展来说已成为一个严峻的挑战。低碳经济的发展已经成为人们的共识。能源使用带来的环境问题越来越严重。现如今低能耗,低污染为基础的低碳经济,低排放为基础的经济模式,是人类社会的一大进步。在工业革命之后,我国的低碳经济实质是清洁能源结构和高能源效率所带来的问题,制度创新人类的生存和发展观的转变,能源技术创新是核心。为了确保中国的经济和社会发展低碳经济让城市实现自然生态系统良性循环、社会经济的可持续发展,发展低碳经济,已经成为当务之急。本文也就此谈一些粗浅认识,供大家讨论。
In modern society, it has become a serious challenge to human survival and development due to smog, acid rain and global climate change. The development of low-carbon economy has become the consensus of people. The environmental problems caused by energy use are getting worse. Nowadays, low-energy and low-pollution-based low-carbon economy and low-emission-based economic models are a great improvement in human society. After the industrial revolution, the essence of low-carbon economy in our country is the problems caused by the clean energy structure and high energy efficiency. The system innovates the survival of mankind and the change of the development concept. The innovation of energy technology is the core. In order to ensure China’s economic and social development, a low-carbon economy has made the city a virtuous circle of natural ecosystems, a sustainable social and economic development, and a low-carbon economy.
