本文通过对薄板冷轧轧制过程的有限元模拟分析,得出了板材在轧制中的应力变化规律、轧制力和轧制力矩的变化规律以及轧辊的弹性压扁等,为设计师设计出优良的轧机提供了充分的设计依据。
In this paper, through the finite element simulation analysis of sheet cold rolling process, the law of stress variation, the variation of rolling force and rolling torque and the elastic crushing of the roll are obtained. Outstanding mill provides a full design basis.
