甘草是常用中药,有矫味、祛痰、缓下、解毒、镇痛、保肝和治疗消化道溃疡的功效,其有关衍生物及其生物活性的研究也有一些报道。内蒙古赤峰制药厂从甘草中提得甘草酸,并制成可溶性单铵盐(monoammoniumglycyrrhetate),简称甘草酸铵。我们发现它在动物实验中有较强的解毒作用。本文报道甘草酸铵对抗癌药毒性的影响以及有关的药理研究结果。材料与方法本实验选体重18～22g 小鼠,除免疫实验
Licorice is commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, with the taste, expectorant, slow, detoxification, analgesic, liver and the treatment of peptic ulcer efficacy, its derivatives and biological activity of some reports.
