近年来兵员越来越呈流动的状态。首先,青年流动性增大,大部份时间在外工作的人员日趋增多。其次,有的农村正逐渐向公司发展,如一个乡原有10个行政村,现已划分4个公司。第三,农村青年到企业做临时工、季节工的逐渐增多,使民兵年龄老化,有些村已成了空白村;企业不招正式工,只雇临时工,也使企业的民兵组织出现了断层。针对以上情况,唐海县人武部在今年的整组中,对民兵的编组形式进行了调整和改革。
In recent years, soldiers have been in a more fluid state. First, the mobility of young people has increased, and the number of people working outside most of the time has been on the rise. Second, some rural areas are gradually developing into the company. For example, a township has 10 administrative villages and now has 4 companies. Thirdly, as the number of temporary workers and season workers in the rural areas has increased, the age of militia has been aging. Some villages have become blank villages. Enterprises are not recruited to regular work or hired temporary workers but also make the militia organizations of enterprises have a fault. In response to the above, Tanghai County People’s Armed Forces in this year’s entire group, the formation of the militia groups were adjusted and reform.
