上海地铁作为现代化城市中大运量、快速绿色的交通方式,城市公共交通的组成部分,在城市经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用,已成为人们出行的重要交通工具,人们对地铁的依赖度越来越高,它在公共交通中的重要性不言而喻。在地铁网络化运行给乘客带来的快捷、便利,凸显社会效益的同时,保障地铁安全运行显得极其重要。一旦因地铁供电设施设备故障所引起的地铁晚点,尤其是早晚客流高峰时期,就会出现地铁车站内乘客滞留积压,引发安全隐患。
