商业是城市的主要用地活动。对于日益与国际接轨的大都市——北京,商业布局日益显现出“多中心,层级发展”的特征。文章在市场经济的大背景下,采用基于GIS平台的空间句法分析和AHP层次分析两种分析方法,基于交通导向对北京的商业布局特征及未来进一步发展趋势进行研究和预测,以期未来能够对北京未来商业用地提出科学合理的开放方案和管理措施。
Business is the city’s major land-use activity. For the increasingly metropolitan Beijing-Beijing, the commercial layout increasingly shows the characteristics of “multi-center and hierarchical development”. In the background of market economy, this paper uses two methods of spatial syntax analysis and AHP-level analysis based on GIS platform to study and forecast the commercial layout characteristics and future development trend of Beijing based on traffic guidance. In the future, Future commercial land proposed scientific and rational opening programs and management measures.
