龙胆泻肝颗粒是由中国药典龙胆泻肝丸改变而来。为控制药品质量，以黄芩甙为对照品，采用聚酰胺薄膜层析一分光光度法，测定了黄芩甙的含量。方法简便，结果准确、可靠。加样回收率为９８．７２％，ＲＳＤ为０．９２％。
Longdan Xiegan granules were changed from the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Longdan Xiegan Pills. In order to control the quality of medicines, the content of Astragalus membranaceus was determined using polyamide thin film chromatography spectrophotometry with astragalus as reference substance. The method is simple and accurate and reliable. The recovery was 98.72% with an RSD of 0.92%.
