采用反相高效液相色谱外标定量方法对当归调经露中的白芍所含的芍药甙进行了含量测定。以己腈：０．１％磷酸水溶液（１５：８５）为流动相，在２４３ｎｍ处检测。结果重现性好，操作简便，有利于生产时控制白芍药材和成品的质量。
Quantitative methods of external standard of RP-HPLC were used to determine the contents of paeoniflorin in Angelica dahurica. The mobile phase was acetonitrile:0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (15:85), detected at 243 nm. The results are good in reproducibility and easy to operate, which is beneficial to control the quality of white peony herbs and finished products during production.
