金融危机的爆发势必对中国劳动力市场带来冲击,使劳动力市场发生结构性变化。由于妇女自身特殊的生理特征及传统的、社会等原因,在就业结构调整过程中,其就业的具体利益将首当其冲地受到一定程度的冲击。从妇女就业现状及发展趋势看,其就业难的问题将更显突出。面对金融危机下的就业新形势,目前中国妇女的整体准备是不充分的,直接影响着妇女的就业能力及社会参与。本文对金融危机爆发以来妇女就业权益的侵权问题,以及金融危机下给妇女就业带来的冲击和挑战进行了分析,着力提高法制保障意识,进一步完善措施,切实保障妇女就业的合法权益。
The outbreak of the financial crisis is bound to impact the Chinese labor market and make a structural change in the labor market. Due to their special physiological characteristics and their traditional and social reasons, the specific interests of their employment will be subject to some degree of impact in the adjustment of employment structure. From the status quo and development trend of women's employment, the problem of employment difficulties will be more prominent. Facing the new situation of employment under the financial crisis, the overall preparation of Chinese women is not sufficient at present, which directly affects women's employability and social participation. This article analyzes the infringement of employment rights and interests of women since the outbreak of the financial crisis, as well as the impact and challenge to women's employment in the financial crisis. It tries its best to improve the awareness of legal protection and further improve the measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of women in employment.
