校准是在规定条件下,将测量仪器或测量系统所指示的量值与其对应的标准量值进行比较的操作,是保证测量准确可靠的技术手段。在航空发动机试验中,准确的信号采集、处理对分析发动机的性能有着最直接的影响。因此,试验台虚拟仪器的校准显得尤为重要。运用虚拟仪器技术的校准系统实现了自动化校准,直接将校准结果呈现给用户,保证了校准的准确度,提高了校准工作效率。
Calibration is the operation of comparing the magnitude indicated by the measuring instrument or measuring system with the corresponding standard value under the specified conditions, which is a technical means to ensure the accurate and reliable measurement. In the aeroengine test, accurate signal acquisition and processing have the most direct impact on the analysis of engine performance. Therefore, the test bench virtual instrument calibration is particularly important. The use of virtual instrument technology calibration system to achieve an automated calibration, the calibration results presented directly to the user to ensure the accuracy of the calibration and improve the calibration efficiency.
