将40例晚期肿瘤患者随机分为奥氮平组和文拉法辛+奥氮平组,在1个月末行生活质量量表评估,比较两组间的差异。文拉法辛+奥氮平组对晚期肿瘤患者的疗效显著优于奥氮平组(P<0.01),两组间的药物不良反应无明显差异。文拉法辛联合奥氮平治疗晚期肿瘤患者,可改善瘤患者的生活质量,安全性高。
Forty patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into olanzapine group and venlafaxine + olanzapine group. The quality of life scale was assessed at the end of one month, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Compared with olanzapine group, venlafaxine and olanzapine group showed significantly better efficacy than olanzapine group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups. Venlafaxine combined with olanzapine in patients with advanced cancer can improve the quality of life of patients with cancer, high safety.
