2001年我国正式启动“走出去”战略。经过十多年的持续快速发展,“走出去”战略成果显著,整体达到了促进我国经济可持续发展的预期战略目的。目前,中国经济进入新常态,中资企业在对外直接投资过程中面临新形势和新环境,出现新情况和新问题,对“走出去”行为进行阶段性评估,有利于在下一阶段扬长避短、优化投资结构,推进国际产能合作,形成开放型经济新格局。
