为筹备全省科学技术大会,根据省政府调研通知精神和省科技厅的统一部署,由山东省科技厅领导率领调研组,于3月9日—24日兵分五路就山东省各地创新体系建设和高新技术产业发展问题进行调查研究。在一片片创新的热土上,调研组深入厂矿企业、田间地头,通过座谈讨论、实地考察和发放调查问卷等各种形式,认真了解情况,分析研讨存在的问题,寻求山东完善创新体系建设、加快高新技术产业发展的良策。本刊记者有幸作为调研组的一员,参加了此次调研活动,并记录下调研中的一些见闻、片段,以期从一个侧面反映调研的情况,特别是来自基层的鲜活的经验和创造。

Our reporter was fortunate to be a member of the research group, took part in this research activity, and recorded some insights and fragments in the research so as to reflect the research situation from one side, especially the fresh experience and creation from the grassroots level.
