目的调查分析我院手足口病与流感人群的卫生状况以及健康教育需求。方法将2014~2016年来我院接受治疗的10例手足口病和流感患者作为研究对象。以数字法随机分成手足口病组(53例)和流感组(52例)。采用问卷调查的方式调查分析患者的卫生状况以及健康教育的需求情况。结果调查结果显示,患者健康教育的主要需求是对患者疾病的常识了解,患者的消毒措施,疾病的预防等方面。良好的健康教育对患者的治疗有着极佳的效果,且患者最乐于接受的教育方式便是“一对一”授课的方式。结论良好的卫生状况和健康教育对手足口病患者和流感患者的治疗有着积极的作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the health status of HFMD and influenza in our hospital and the demand of health education. Methods Ten cases of HFMD and influenza treated in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were studied. Numerically divided into hand, foot and mouth disease group (53 cases) and the flu group (52 cases). A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the patient’s health condition and the demand for health education. Results The survey results showed that the main needs of health education for patients is to understand the common sense of the patient’s disease, the patient’s disinfection measures, disease prevention and so on. Good health education has a great effect on the treatment of patients, and the most acceptable way of education for patients is “one to one ” teaching methods. Conclusion Good hygienic status and health education have a positive effect on the treatment of HFMD and influenza patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
