以体外、体内细菌抑制试验,体外细胞病毒抑制试验为指标,将正交试验9种样品进行比较研究,结果以5、1号样品对体外5种细菌抑制作用较强,3、9号较次,余者居中,体内抗菌试验比较,5号与2号样品最佳,小鼠的死亡率与利菌沙相似,余者无效,细胞培养病毒试验表明,仅5号对RSV与HSV有抑制作用,结果证实药物效果与药物中黄芩甙、葛根素的成分有密切关系,而与药物收膏率成负相关性
In vitro and in vivo bacterial inhibition assays and in vitro cell virus inhibition assays were used as indicators. 9 samples of orthogonal experiments were compared and compared. The results showed that 5 and 1 samples had stronger inhibitory effects on 5 kinds of bacteria in vitro, and 3 and 9 were inferior. Among the others, the comparison of in vivo antibacterial tests showed that samples 5 and 2 were the best. The mortality rate of mice was similar to that of mycelium and the others were invalid. The cell culture virus test showed that only No. 5 had an inhibitory effect on RSV and HSV. The results confirm that the drug effect is closely related to the components of Astragalus and Puerarin in the drug, but negatively related to the rate of drug accumulation.
