目的:探究三腔喂养管营养支持对降低食管癌术后患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的作用。方法:选取我院2015年1月-2016年11月收治的80例食管癌术后患者作为研究对象,80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例患者。对照组患者采用常规肠外营养支持,观察组患者采用三腔喂养管营养支持,比较两组患者呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率以及其他并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为5.00%,对照组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率为22.50%,观察组患者的发病率明显低于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行食道癌手术治疗的患者应用三腔喂养管行营养支持能够有效降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生,并提供营养支持,值得临床上广泛推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of triple-lumen feeding tube nutrition support on reducing ventilator-associated pneumonia in postoperative esophageal cancer patients. Methods: Eighty patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research object. Eighty patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine parenteral nutrition support, and patients in the observation group received nutritional support of the triple-lumen feeding tube. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and other complications in the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was 5.00%, the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the control group was 22.50%, the incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of triple-lumen feeding tube nutritional support for patients undergoing esophagectomy for surgical treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and provide nutritional support, which is worthy of wide application in clinic.
