胃癌患者术后即使接受辅助化疗,仍有将近50%的患者出现复发转移,而对于接受一线化疗后复发的晚期胃癌患者,尚缺乏标准的化疗方案。替吉奥片为新研制的抗代谢类抗肿瘤新药[1]。本次试验中,我们对替吉奥片单药治疗复发的晚期胃癌的有效性和安全性进行评价,并与同期接受顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙的常规方案的一线治疗患者进行对比。
