为研究中医脾气虚证,近年来进行了脾主运化和脾主肌肉的超微结构研究旺。还对劳倦和饮食失节的大白鼠脾气虚证模型的肌肉作了超微结构定量计测研究。研究结果表明脾气虚证时,肌肉的超微结构发生明显变化的是线粒体。本研究目的是以中医耗气破气理论用于复制大白鼠脾气虚证模型,观察研究脾气虚证时,平滑肌的超微结构变化。 Wistar雄性大白鼠,以耗气破气加饮食失节复制大白鼠脾气虚证动物模型。厚朴、枳实、大黄制成煎剂,隔天灌胃,给药当天禁食,次日给足量食物,共42天。对照组灌以等量自来水,正常饮食。脾气虚证动物,用加味四君子汤使其复健,隔天灌胃,正常饮食,共21天。自然恢复组灌以等量自来水,正
In order to study the syndrome of spleen qi deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine, the splenomegaly and the ultrastructural studies of spleen muscles have been carried out in recent years. In addition, ultrastructural quantitative measurement of the muscles of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome model rats with fatigue and eating disorder was studied. The results of the study showed that the mitochondria significantly changed in the ultrastructure of the muscles during spleen-qi deficiency. The aim of this study was to use the traditional Chinese medicine theory of gas consumption and gas-breakage to replicate the rat model of spleen qi deficiency and observe the ultrastructural changes of smooth muscle during the study of spleen qi deficiency. Wistar male rats were used to duplicate the animal model of spleen qi deficiency caused by gas consumption and eating disorder. Magnolia officinalis, Fructus Aurantii and rhubarb were decocted, gavage on the next day, fasting on the day of administration, and sufficient food was given the next day for 42 days. The control group was given equal amount of tap water and normal diet. Spleen-deficiency syndrome animals were rehabilitated with Modified Sijunzi Decoction, and they were given normal diet for another 21 days. The natural recovery group is irrigated with equal amount of tap water.
