鹿泉市农牧局把科技与教育工作作为加快现代农业发展、转变政府职能的重要抓手。按照“攻坚、求实、规范”的工作思路,建一流农技服务队伍,创一流服务业绩,理顺了管理体制,运用现代服务手段和管理理念,建立了新型农技推广运行机制,以项目为抓手,全面提升了农技队伍的综合服务效能,取得了显著成效。他们的主要经验和作法是:
