近日,新密市开展了旨在提高农民工职业技术、促进农民工就业的“职技培训下乡村”活动,收到良好效果。7月份以来,新密市人才劳力管理服务中心采取“全面撒网,重点捕鱼”的方法,在各乡村调查农村富余劳动力就业意向,然后针对他们的意向进行所需技能的培训。全市共派出6所职业技能学校的20余名教师到各乡村进行培训。截至目前,已有51个乡村培训完毕,接受培训的农民达1600多人,参加培训的农民对所学技能已基本掌握,对于再次就业起到
Recently, Xinmi City has launched “activities aimed at improving migrant workers’ occupational skills and promoting the employment of migrant workers in rural areas,” and received good results.
