在伟大领袖和导师毛主席关于“把医疗卫生工作的重点放到农村去”的光辉思想指引下,文化大革命以来,我县十个公社(镇)卫生院全部装备了X光诊断机。为帮助各卫生院迅速培养能掌握X光诊断技术的专业人员,几年来我们做了一些工作,收到了一定的效果。我们根据目前卫生院X线工作人员多数还是兼职,水平不一致,学习时间又不能太长的特点,采取请到县医院跟班带教的方式
Under the guidance of the great leader and mentors Chairman Mao’s brilliant thought of “focusing on medical and health work in rural areas”, since the Cultural Revolution, all ten communes (town) hospitals in our county have been equipped with X-ray diagnostic machines. In order to help hospitals quickly develop professionals who can master X-ray diagnostic technology, we have done some work over the past few years and received certain results. According to the current situation in which most of the X-ray workers in the hospitals are still part-time, their levels are inconsistent, and their study time cannot be too long, they are invited to go to the county hospital to teach them in class.
