长沙市在今年的全国卫生系统财务检查以后,为了徹底清理医疗单位库存药品和器械,由市财政局和卫生局会商后,采取了统一处理方法。首先对市内几个较大的医院进行了摸底,然后召开了各医疗单位负责人和药剂业务人员会议,经过研究讨论,采取了以下措施:(1)由各单位领导人组织本单位有关业务财会人员成立清查小组,徹底清查本单位的库存药品和器械,将积压损废药械在本单位作小型展览,组织讨论确定后,造册报卫生局。(2)在市卫生局领导
After this year’s National Health System Financial Review, Changsha City has adopted a unified approach to deal with the thorough clean-up of medical units’ stocks of medicines and equipment. First, several large hospitals in the city were mapped out, and then the meeting of heads of medical units and drug business personnel was convened. After research and discussion, the following measures were taken: (1) Leaders of various units organized the relevant business of the unit. The finance and accounting personnel set up an inspection team to thoroughly inspect the inventory of drugs and equipment in this unit, make a small-scale exhibition of the backlog of damaged medicines and wastes in the unit, organize the discussion, and make a report to the Health Bureau. (2) Leadership in the Municipal Health Bureau
