从现代企业的整体来讲,柔性管理拥有它独特的优势与明显的特征,在企业实施经济管理过程中占据至关重要的位置,既能从深层次挖掘出员工的创造能力,也能全面调动员工的工作积极性,并让他们更快地适应市场竞争环境,进而适应当前信息时代的发展和需求,最终推动企业获得更长久、更稳定的发展。为了使柔性管理的作用能够发挥最大限度,必须根据实际情况、采取适合的策略,来推动组织结构朝着柔性化的方向发展,健全企业内柔性管理机制,着重培养柔性管理专业人才,并妥善处理好企业刚性和柔性管理之间的关系,提高企业经济管理水平,以此推动企业发展。
