在当前的经济新常态下,国家的发展速度明显放缓,面对国内越来越严峻的就业形势,国务院办公厅通过《关于发展众创空间推进大众创新创业的指导意见》,从而号召大家积极探索创业就业的新途径。与此同时,党中央也先后出台了一系列鼓励各大高校毕业生创业的政策,鼓励毕业生通过各种不同途径和渠道实现包括创业在内的多元就业。当前,我国法语专业高等教育的大众化已经发展到相当水平,尤其是近年来,随着法语专业毕业生人数的不断增加,法语专业毕业生的就业问题已经成为比教育质量保障、办学内涵提升等诸多问题更为棘手的突出问题。结合社会实际,阐述了当前“新常态”背景下法语应用型本科毕业生的就业现状,分析了这个社会关注的重点问题、存在的问题,找出了相应对策,以期为法语专业本科毕业生的就业工作起到一些借鉴作用。
