受到专业性质特殊、技术主义泛滥、教师素养堪忧、社会风气下滑、自身努力不足等主客观因素的影响,山东省体育院校(系)的素质教育普遍存在思想重视不足、课程设置不当、课堂教学枯燥、知识获取偏颇、校际差异显著等问题。加强山东省体育专业大学生素质教育的具体措施如下:强调双行路线、健全选修体系、丰富教学模式、贯彻渗透原则、针对薄弱环节、加强师资建设。

The specific measures to strengthen the quality education for students majoring in physical education in Shandong Province are as follows: Emphasize the dual route, improve the elective system, enrich the teaching mode, carry out the principle of infiltration, and strengthen the construction of teachers for the weak links.
