保障残疾人平等的受教育权利是教育公平的重要内容之一。本文通过分析残疾人高等教育中,招生考试制度存在的问题,提出改革残疾人高等教育招生考试制度,对盲聋哑学生开放普通高考的对策建议,并针对在这一措施实施过程中可能遇到的问题,提出一些解决方法。希望能够更好的保障残疾人平等的接受高等教育的权利,促进高等教育公平。
Ensuring equal rights of education for people with disabilities is one of the important elements of education equity. This article analyzes the existing problems of enrollment examination system in the higher education of the handicapped, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to reform the enrollment examination system for the handicapped people in higher education, and opens the common college entrance examination for the blind deaf-mute students.
