以糖特异性单克隆抗体作为组化探针,观察早孕期人子宫蜕膜、绒毛膜表面糖复合物的变化。结果表明:6种糖特异单抗SH-1(抗鼠LeX单克隆抗体),AH-6(抗鼠LeY单克隆抗体),NUH-1(抗鼠6c单克隆抗体),NUH-2(抗鼠DSI单克隆抗体),J1(抗鼠T单克隆抗体),C6(抗鼠I单克隆抗体)在早孕期与子宫蜕膜及绒毛膜结合显示不同变化。其中AH-6、SH-1绒毛膜滋养细胞结合随妊娠天数增加着色逐渐减弱,相反NUH-2的着色逐渐加强。AH-6,SH-1,C6与子宫蜕膜在早孕着色程度无改变。J1与蜕膜在各期未见结合。NUH-1与蜕膜结合随妊娠天数增加而着色逐渐加强。早孕期人子宫蜕膜、绒毛膜糖复合物的变化为进一步研究其功能提供新方法。
Sugar-specific monoclonal antibody as a probe to observe the early pregnancy human uterine decidual, chorionic surface of the sugar complex. The results showed that six kinds of sugar-specific monoclonal antibodies SH-1 (anti-mouse LeX monoclonal antibody), AH-6 (anti-mouse LeY monoclonal antibody), NUH-1 Mouse DSI monoclonal antibody), J1 (anti-mouse T monoclonal antibody), C6 (anti-mouse I monoclonal antibody) showed different changes in the early pregnancy associated with uterine decidua and chorion. Among them, AH-6 and SH-1 chorionic trophoblast cells combined with the number of days of pregnancy gradually decreased, while the color of NUH-2 gradually increased. AH-6, SH-1, C6 and uterine decidua did not change the degree of coloring in early pregnancy. J1 and decidua in the various stages of no combination. NUH-1 and decidua combined with the number of days of pregnancy and gradually increased coloring. The changes of human uterine decidua and chorionic mucosa during the first trimester provide a new way to further study its function.
