团队合作素质是高职学生综合素质重要组成部分。提高学生团队合作能力是高职教育人才培养的重要职能。本文设计团队合作实训,通过素质拓展形式提高学生参与积极性。基于实践反馈,在提出学生团队合作素质培养过程中,要充分发挥学生参与积极性,统一施教者思想,适当利用信息技术,实现线上线下配合。
The quality of teamwork is an important part of the comprehensive quality of higher vocational students. Improving Students’ Ability of Team Cooperation is an Important Function in Training Talents in Higher Vocational Education. This paper designs teamwork training, through the quality of development to enhance the form of student participation in the initiative. Based on the feedback from practice, we should give full play to the enthusiasm of students, unify the ideas of teachers and make appropriate use of information technology to achieve online and offline cooperation in the process of raising students’ teamwork quality.
