目的建立毛支清口服液中tortoside A的定量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,选用Venusil MPC18分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水(18∶82)为流动相,检测波长为207nm,体积流量为1.0mL/min,柱温30℃。结果tortoside A进样质量浓度为1.76~35.20μg/mL与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=83335X-47442,r=0.9997,平均回收率为101.53%,RSD值为2.50%。结论所建立的HPLC法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可控制毛支清口服液的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of tortoside A in Mao-qian oral liquid. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. Venusil MPC18 analytical column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (18:82) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 207 nm with a volumetric flow rate of 1.0 mL / Column temperature 30 ℃. Results The mass concentration of tortoside A was 1.76 ~ 35.20μg / mL and the peak area was linear with the regression equation Y = 83335X-47442, r = 0.9997. The average recovery was 101.53% and the RSD was 2.50%. Conclusion The established HPLC method is simple, accurate, sensitive, reproducible, and can control the quality of Mao-Qing-Qing oral solution.
