当代滑雪运动在世界上已成为一项引人瞩目的运动。早在五千年前,在北欧、西伯利亚等地已有滑雪运动,1877年在挪威成立了世界第一个滑雪俱乐部,并在1921年1月举行了第一届滑雪运动会,至今在欧洲、亚洲、美洲已是群雄并起。我国对该项运动因起步较晚,无论是在竞赛上还是在技术水平上与世界先进国家相比都有较大的差距。为了更好地开展滑雪运动和迅速提高我国运动员的滑雪技术水平,本文对滑雪运动员运动后的心电图资料及其心脏机能状态的实际检测记录进行了初步分析,目的是阐述运动员的心脏机能与提高滑雪技术水平关系,为教练员、运动员、选拔滑雪运动员以及进行滑雪训练提供一些有益的参考。
Contemporary skiing has become a remarkable sport in the world. As early as 5,000 years ago, skiing was already held in Northern Europe and Siberia. The world’s first ski club was established in Norway in 1877 and the first skiing event was held in January 1921, so far in Europe, Asia America is already a herd of men. Because of the late start of this sport in our country, there is a big gap between the sport and the advanced countries in the world in terms of both competition and technology. In order to carry out the skiing and speed up the skiing skills of our country’s athletes, this article has carried on the preliminary analysis to the electrocardiogram data of the skier after the exercise and the actual examination record of the cardiopulmonary function state, the purpose is to explain the heart function of the athlete and to improve the skiing Technical level of relations for coaches, athletes, skiers skiing and skiing training to provide some useful reference.
