今年第98届广交会期间,一个由专家、企业负责人组成的 几十人抗辩团,请求投诉站受理“马、牛、羊、虎、猫、狗、蛇” 等外观设计专利侵权投诉时要谨慎。他们认为,“马、牛、羊、 虎、猫、狗、蛇”等玩具产品牵涉到60多个展团上百个企业几 十万员工的生存问题,如果不加分辨地保护这些“垃圾专利”, 等于是鼓励相关行业的恶性竞争,最终将不利于整个经济的发 展。
