Mr. Pan Guangdan (1899-1967) is a famous Chinese social scientist, eugenics, ethnologist and educator of the older generation. Baoshan County, Jiangsu Province, graduated from Beijing Tsinghua University in 1922, went to the United States to study, majoring in biology, genetics, eugenics and so on.
