欣悉纪念解放军报创刊50周年举办征文活动,我心中的第一反应是:“这张报纸培养了多少人才啊!”同时跳出一句话来:“解放军报——我的大学”。我高中毕业后种了半年地,于1963年初,带着“保卫祖国人人有责”的简单认识,走出农舍,来到军营。从来没有想过,也许想也想不到,一各农家子弟、普通一兵,后来成为一名专业军事新闻工作人员、高级编辑;近加余年来,还先后9次应邀参加硕士学位论文答辩会、国家社会科学基金军事学重点课题结项鉴定会等全国性、全军性新闻学术活动。“农家子弟添文采”的这些“顺差”,作为“事业有成”的“标志”,微不足道;与许多同辈以至后来者中的佼佼者相比,更是羞于启齿,但促成“顺差”的缘由值得思考、清理。“促成因素”多种多样,其中军报的“大学因素”,在数量和质量上,都值得回味。
