加工某些刚性较差的零件时,如果夹紧所需的力较大,而零件抵抗变形的能力又很小;零件在夹紧力的作用下就会产生变形。在这种情况下,再用辅助支承来增加零件的刚性已为时过晚。为了保证零件的加工精度,我们非常希望能有这样一种机构:它首先对零件产生预夹紧,然后让辅助支承起作用,最后使零件被夹紧。具有这种功能的机构已有气液增压器。而本文介绍一种结构更为简单、实用、动作可靠的气缸(如图所示)。这种气缸是在普通气缸的基础上对活塞
