我厂批量加工127齿的直齿圆柱质数齿轮时,原采用试凑的办法来配算分齿挂轮、垂直进给挂轮和差动挂轮,容易产生“乱齿”。为此,我们改用先滚切一只齿数与被切大质数齿轮相同的挂轮,然后再用这只挂轮来滚切所要加工的齿轮。通常滚齿机原分齿挂轮m=2,z=127,挂轮外圆直径φ258mm,一般滚齿机分齿挂轮箱内挂不开,有的勉强挂上又关不上箱门,影响润滑。所以我们自制了m=1.25,z_3=40,z_4=127的两件挂轮,分齿挂轮挂法如图示。使用两年大大节省了调整工时。
