近几年来,我们六户苗圃的育苗生产实行了承包,不仅促进丁苗圃生产的发展,职工生活水平也不断提高。我们的主要作法是:一、落实生产责任制,调动职工的生产积极性。通过对中央(84)1号文件和内蒙古林业厅关于国营场、站、圃改革十条规定的学习,结合本单位实际,制定了一套工人大包干,干部岗位责任制的承包方法。
In recent years, the nursery and seedling production of our six nurseries has been contracted, which has not only promoted the development of Ding nursery production, but also continuously improved the living standard of staff and workers. Our main approach is: First, implement the responsibility system for production, to mobilize the enthusiasm of workers. Through the study of No. 1 Document of Central Government (84) and Inner Mongolia Forestry Department about ten provisions of state farm, station and garden reform, combined with the actual situation of this unit, a contractual approach has been formulated for a system of responsibility system for big contract workers and cadres positions.
