目的 :本文叙述以 HO:YAG、CO2 激光治疗外阴、肛周、阴道、尿道、直肠肛管等处尖锐湿疣 135例 ,并配合不同剂量因特芬针及 TF针注射 ,观察对尖锐湿疣激光术后减少再生的效果。方法 :观察应用因特芬针 10 0万单位 ( 32例 )、2 0 0万单位 ( 2 5例 )、30 0万单位 ( 4 6例 )隔天肌肉注射与应用 TF针 ( 2支每周二次两上臂皮下注射 )作对照组 ( 32例 ) ,对尖锐湿疣再生效果的区别。结果 :因特芬针注射治疗组优于 TF注射治疗组 ,Ridit分析有显著意义 ,尤 30 0万单位与对照组比有非常显著的意义。因特芬组间比较 ,初步看以 30 0万单位隔天肌肉注射组优于 2 0 0万及 10 0万单位组 ;2 0 0万单位隔天肌肉注射组优于 10 0万单位组 ,但各组间比较无统计学意义 ,可能与样本太小有关。结论 :激光治疗配合因特芬针注射对尖锐湿疣激光术后减少再生有一定的疗效

CONCLUSIONS: Laser treatment combined with injection of Inulin has a certain curative effect on the reduction of regeneration of condyloma acuminatum after laser surgery
