选择有机玻璃板为各向同性材料、内含玻璃纤维机织物的环氧树脂板为各向异性材料,有规则地设置PVDF传感器群,自主搭建冲击应力波传播规律测试平台,通过试验研究平台材质、纱线排列方向、薄板叠层与单块厚板对冲击应力波传播的影响。结果表明:内含纱线有序排列的环氧树脂板比有机玻璃板具有更快的冲击应力波传播速度;冲击应力波沿纱线排列方向传播速度是沿纱线45°方向传播速度的1.15倍;相同厚度下,冲击应力波在薄板叠层的传播速度比单块厚板慢。
